What is included in a UI/UX improvement project?
An audit of how visitors actually move through the site, then changes to layout, navigation, typography, calls to action and mobile behavior, shipped on the existing platform where possible. Speed and technical SEO fixes ride along, because a clearer page that loads slowly still loses the visitor.
Can I speak to any of these clients?
Yes. For the four detailed case studies I can put you in touch with the client directly, once I have checked they are happy to take the call. I would rather you heard it from them.
Are these all your own builds?
These are projects where I did the design, the development, the SEO or some combination of the three. Where I worked as part of a larger team I say so on the project itself rather than claiming the whole thing.
Some of these sites look different now. Why?
Because clients keep running their businesses after I hand over. Several of these have been edited, extended or redesigned since launch, which is what should happen. The case studies describe what was built and what it produced at the time.
