Common questions
How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, and usually the same day if you write between 7am and 7pm Pacific. If you have not heard back in two days, something went wrong with the email and you should call.
What should I include in the first message?
Your website URL, one or two competitors you would like to outrank, and one sentence about what is not working. That is enough for me to give you a useful answer without a meeting.
Do I have to book a call?
No. Plenty of projects have started and finished entirely over email. If you prefer a call I will book one, but I will not make it a condition of getting an answer.
Are you taking on work right now?
Yes, with a limit. I run a small number of projects at once so each one gets proper attention. If the queue is full I will tell you the earliest honest start date rather than taking a deposit and stalling.
