Discovery Call
Free · 30 minutes
We kick things off with a free 30-minute call. I learn about your business, your goals, your target audience, and what's not working right now. No pitch, no pressure — just a real conversation to figure out if we're a good fit.

What if I don't know what I need yet?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. Most clients come in with a vague idea — I help you get specific. You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk.
Strategy & Blueprint
2–3 days
Before a single pixel is designed, I map out the full site structure, page hierarchy, and conversion strategy. You get a clear blueprint of exactly what I'm building and why — so there are zero surprises down the road.
What happens at this step

- Content outline and copy direction agreed

Do I need to provide content and copy?
You can, but you don't have to. I can help with copywriting, sourcing images, and structuring your content for maximum impact. If you have existing content, I'll work with it and enhance it where needed.
Design
5–7 days
I design your custom website from scratch — no templates, no page builders with bloated code. Every layout, color, font, and element is chosen intentionally to reflect your brand and convert your ideal customer.
What happens at this step
- Custom design mockup built from scratch
- Mobile-first layout for all screen sizes
- Brand colors, fonts, and imagery selected
- You review and give feedback before build

How many design revisions do I get?
As many as it takes to get it right. I don't cap revisions — I'd rather spend an extra day on design than launch something you're not proud of. Most clients are happy after 1–2 rounds.
Development
7–14 days
Once you approve the design, I build it out — fast, clean, and mobile-first. I handle all the technical setup: hosting, domain, SSL, speed optimization, and any third-party integrations like booking systems, payment processors, or e-commerce.

Fully functional staging site for review
What platform will my site be built on?
Most sites are built on WordPress — it gives you full control to update content yourself without needing a developer. For e-commerce, I use Shopify or WooCommerce. I'll recommend the best fit during the discovery call.
Review & Revisions
3–5 days
You review the live staging site and share feedback. I make revisions until everything is exactly right. Your satisfaction is the only metric that matters at this stage — we don't go live until you're 100% happy.
What happens at this step
- You test the full site on all devices
- Feedback collected and revisions made
- Final content proofread and polished
- Performance and SEO checks completed

What if I want changes after launch?
All packages include 30 days of post-launch support. After that, I offer maintenance plans and hourly support. Small tweaks are usually quick — I'm always reachable.
Launch & Growth
Launch day +
We go live! I handle the full launch, submit your site to Google, set up analytics, and configure your Google Business Profile. Then I stick around for 30 days post-launch to make sure everything runs perfectly and the leads start flowing.

How long does the whole process take?
Most projects are completed in 3–4 weeks from the discovery call to launch. Simpler sites can be done in 2 weeks. Larger or more complex projects may take 5–6 weeks. I'll give you a firm timeline before we start.
Most projects start at $1,500 for a clean, professional site. Larger projects with e-commerce, custom integrations, or multiple pages range from $2,500–$5,000+. I'll give you a fixed price upfront — no surprises.
No contracts, ever. You pay 50% upfront to start and 50% on completion. That's it. No monthly retainers required unless you want ongoing support.
Yes. I build on WordPress with an easy-to-use editor, and I provide a training walkthrough so you can update text, images, and pages on your own without needing a developer.
Absolutely. I work with clients across the US and beyond. Everything is handled remotely — calls, file sharing, and approvals are all done online. Location is never a barrier.
